The Choices You Make……

Writer's picture: Matthew CossensMatthew Cossens

As we move into the Christmas and festive season I like to take the time to look back on the year and reflect. (outside of my usual reflection time)

I reflect on my dreams, goals and schedule and everything that has made and shaped my year. I consider the story I have written this year and decide what the chapter for 2022 is going to look like.

I use the time over this period to make adjustments, to challenge areas of my life that need challenging and to look at where I want to level up my game.

I consider the choices I have made over this time, both good and the bad, I learn from these choices and challenge my thinking and decision making framework. (I will write more about this framework in the future)

We all have choices to make and ultimately these define who you are. I love this quote by John Wooden.

So as we move in 2022 can I challenge you to make better choices?

Where does this choice lie? Here’s 22 quick areas to consider.
