I’ve never been big on resolutions.
I believe in standards.
For many I work with 2025 was a year of building identity, systems, community, discipline. 2026 is about living it out!
These aren’t theories.
They’re lessons forged through leadership, business, faith, family, wins, losses, and real conversations with people who are serious about growth.
Here are 26 lessons I’m carrying into 2026.
* Chase outcomes, not goals.
* Discipline creates freedom. Every time.
* Identity precedes performance.
* Being busy is not the same as being effective.
* The standard you walk past becomes the standard you accept.
* Iron sharpens iron but only if you allow friction.
* The right people in your corner will change your life, the wrong people will drag you down.
* Energy is the foundation of execution.
* Leadership is presence, not position.
* You don’t need permission to lead the room you’re in.
* Elite results come from boring consistency.
* Systems beat motivation.
* Objections are information, not rejection.
* Slow down to speed up.
* Tactical empathy builds trust faster than pressure.
* If you want your business to grow, you must grow first.
* Sustainable performance beats heroic effort.
* Clarity removes anxiety.
* Faith over fear, always.
* Community is a competitive advantage.
* Your calendar reveals your values.
* You don’t need more time, you need better focus.
* High performers reflect. Elite performers adjust.
* Build before you scale.
* Anyone can bill once. Few are Built to Bill.

This is your year, if you decide it is.
2026 isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters, better.
Raising standards.
Choosing discipline.
Building deliberately.
Let’s go.🔥
