How do you know when you've had a successful day? Not just at work but in life? What are some of the metrics you consider?

Work metrics are often straightforward but what do you use for life?

People talk about ‘Hustle’, they talk ‘Grind’ but you should never mistake movement for progress. Build a checklist of what is important in work and life, update it regularly and then Hustle & Grind towards things that matter for you!

This is my list and I know if I can tick these off daily I'm well on the way to being successful. Not only that……..I enjoy everyday more.

Am I perfect? Of course not! But the things you measure, get done. This simple checklist is a powerful tool for me to be better everyday

Combined with the right identity, goals and mindset I believe you can become unstoppable!

What do you do to measure your daily success in life? I'd love to hear your thoughts below.
